Worship Leader Cohort

Cost = $900

The Worship Leader Cohort is designed for experienced worship leaders who are the leader of the ministry in their church (though anyone can apply). It is a 6 month journey, that includes 3 all day in-person gatherings: January 24th, March 21st, and May 16th. Each participant will receive 1:1 coaching throughout the cohort.

The primary theme of the upcoming cohort is GROWTH both personal and team development. You will be trained in our comprehensive Team Development Framework which can be used in any church.

When I joined a worship leader cohort a few years ago, I went looking for knowledge and left with a family. The added treasure of a local in-person cohort is finding and growing the right relationships that you will need throughout your life.

The in-person cohort location will be at Countryside Community Church in Sherwood, Oregon.

Deadline to apply is December 31, 2024.

  • Testimonial

    As a mentor, Jon creates a safe space where we can explore not only the complexities of leading worship but also the everyday challenges we all face.  What strikes me most about Jon is his sincere care for everyone he encounters in ministry.  He has this remarkable ability to truly listen and, when needed, gently help unpack the experiences I'm going through. He's walked alongside me through numerous challenges.  His impact on my ministry and life has been profound.
